Richwood Bend Apartments

Richwood Bend Apartments consists of 83 affordable housing apartments for families, including one, two, and three-bedroom units. This development includes garden-style apartments with washer/dryer hookups, energy star appliances, laundry facilities, and a management office on-site. Construction began in the Spring of 2023 and is set to be completed in the Summer of 2024.

The project was made possible by utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits from Kentucky Housing Corporation, as well as funds from the City of Lexington’s HOME program and Affordable Housing Fund.
