Logan Landing is the new construction of 36 spacious, modern and affordable apartments for seniors 55+ in Logan, Logan County, WV, through generous funding from the West Virginia Housing Development Fund. These apartments are located in close proximity to downtown and WV-HWY 10. These one and two bedroom units are spacious and furnished with modern amenities. 75% of the units have rental subsidy from the Mingo County Housing Authority. Construction was completed in December 2018 and is now accepting tenant applications.
