Campbell View Apartments

The Campbell View Apartments project is located at 110 Campbell Lane, Bowling Green, KY. This project will be the new construction of affordable multi-family rental housing for families. Construction will consist of 3-Story, garden style walk-up apartments including 71 units with 24-one, 36-two, and 11-three-bedroom units. Unit amenities will include washer/dryer hook-ups, ceiling fans, window coverings, and energy star appliances. In addition, the project will contain an office for the on-site manager, a community room, and communal laundry facilities.
