Wellington Park is an affordable housing project for seniors that includes 45 residential units encompassing: 33 one-bedrooms and 12 two-bedrooms. The units come equipped with washer/dryer hookups, central heating and air, and energy efficient appliances. Wellington Park is in a great location with the Wellington Dog Park and walking trail right next door; as well as close proximity to Meijer, Fayette Mall, Target, and numerous other stores and restaurants. Utilizing ERA2 funding from Kentucky Housing Corporation.
