Wellington Park Apartments

Wellington Park Apartments will be the creation of 45 innovative apartments dedicated to seniors and designed in collaboration with Reimagining Home, Lexington and Age Friendly Lexington. The vision is to conceptualize, create, enable, and sustain a broad spectrum of housing and living arrangements that maximize the potential for older adults in the Bluegrass to age in places that are accessible, affordable, physically, and socially supportive, and nurture a sense of community and home. All units will be designed with Universal Design principles in mind and all units will be further tailored to ADA standards to accommodate our residents' needs to age-in-place. The site is located next to the Wellington Dog Park & Walking Trail and within walking distance of Meijer, Target, and the Fayette Mall.
