Parkside IIi

This project is the third new construction phase of Parkside, which is a LIHTC project placed in service in 2012. The new phase involves 36 units of garden apartments in one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The buildings will complement the contemporary style of the recently built projects. The 36 units are in three buildings that were completed in June 2018. AU has transformed a once abandoned lot into 36 beautiful affordable family housing units with contemporary style. With this addition, Parkside now has 108 total units, complete with a new playground, and onsite laundry facility.
